A routine together
The complete routine: cleanse + nourish.
With two balms. Nothing else is needed.
Your skin doesn't need a cupboard full of jars. Your skin mainly needs rest, good cleansing, and enough fats.
A routine has two steps
Step 1: Cleanse
You remove dirt, makeup, sunscreen, and the remnants of the day from your skin.
Step 2: Nourish
You replenish the skin with fats that help keep your skin barrier supple and strong.
That’s it.
Not because less is always better. But because more products don't automatically result in better skin.
Morning routine
In the morning, it can be simple.
1. Cleanse gently
Use the Multi-Use Cleansing Balm if your skin feels it needs it.
Do you have dry or sensitive skin? Then sometimes just lukewarm water is enough.
2. Rinse with water
Wet the balm with your hands.
Massage briefly until it becomes milky.
Then rinse off thoroughly.
3. Pat dry
Do not scrub. Just gently pat dry.
4. Nourish your skin
Use the Face Care Balm.
Start with a little: about half a pea-sized amount.
For dry skin, cold days, or chapped areas, you can use a bit more.
5. Let it settle
Give your skin a few minutes.
A balm works differently than a cream.
It doesn't disappear immediately. That’s not necessary.
Your skin may have a soft glow. Not a greasy shine.
Evening routine
In the evening, you usually cleanse a bit more thoroughly.
1. Cleanse with the Cleansing Balm
Use about two pea-sized amounts.
Are you wearing a lot of makeup or sunscreen?
Then take three pea-sized amounts.
Massage in gently.
Don't just quickly skim over it; really take a moment.
2. Wet it
Add lukewarm water with your hands.
The balm then turns into a soft, milky cleanser.
This makes it easy to rinse off.
3. Rinse off
Rinse your skin well with lukewarm water.
You can use a soft washcloth or cotton pad if you are wearing a lot of makeup.
4. Pat dry
Again: do not scrub.
5. Nourish your skin
Use the Face Care Balm.
Usually, half to one pea-sized amount is enough.
For dry, tight, or aging skin, one and a half pea-sized amounts might feel better.
More is not always better.
Distributing it well often works better than using too much.
How much do you use?
The right amount depends on three things:
- your skin type
- your skin condition
- the season
Your skin isn't the same every day.
That is normal.
Guideline per product
Face Care Balm
Use about half to one and a half pea-sized amounts.
Better to start with a little.
You can always add more.
Multi-Use Cleansing Balm
Use about two pea-sized amounts.
If wearing a lot of makeup or sunscreen: three pea-sized amounts.
When do you use more?
Use a bit more Face Care Balm if your skin:
- feels dry
- feels tight
- is chapped
- is aging and produces less oil
- has been outdoors a lot
- has been exposed to cold, wind, or dry air
You often need a bit more in winter. Moisture evaporates more easily because the environment is colder than your skin, and the air contains less humidity.
When do you use less?
Use a bit less Face Care Balm if your skin:
- gets shiny quickly
- feels warm
- is plumper or oilier
- already feels supple in the summer
Oily skin still needs fats.
But usually less.
So don't skip it out of fear of oil.
Just use a smaller amount.
For sensitive or troubled skin
Keep it simple.
Cleanse gently.
Wait five minutes if needed.
Then apply a small amount of Face Care Balm.
No extra steps.
No new product added “just in case”.
Especially when troubled, your skin often needs fewer stimuli.
For dry skin
Use the Face Care Balm daily.
In the evening, you can use a bit more than in the morning.
Especially in winter, in windy conditions, or with dry indoor air.
Does your skin stay tight?
Then the amount was likely too little, or you are cleansing too aggressively.
That’s not a disaster.
Just adjust.
For oilier skin
Use a small amount of Face Care Balm.
Think of half a pea-sized amount.
Distribute well over slightly damp or freshly cleansed skin.
Oilier skin does not need to be harshly degreased.
That often makes it more unsettled.
Cleanse mildly. Nourish sparingly. Done.
Why this works
Cleanse without drying out your skin
The Cleansing Balm cleanses with fats.
Dirt, makeup, and sunscreen mix with the balm.
You then rinse it away with water.
Your skin feels clean, but not stripped.
Nourish without watery fillers
The Face Care Balm contains no added water.
So you only use a little.
Not because it’s magic.
But because you don't need to apply water.
Two steps keep it calm
Cleanse.
Nourish.
That is straightforward for you and calmer for your skin.
When will you notice a difference?
That varies per skin.
After a few days
Your skin often feels softer and less tight.
After two to four weeks
You will better understand what your skin needs.
More, less, morning, evening. You learn to read your skin again.
After four weeks or longer
A calm routine can help your skin feel more stable.
No miracles.
Just logical skincare.
Practical
How long does it take?
Morning: a few minutes.
Evening: a bit longer, especially if you wear makeup or sunscreen.
Where do you keep it?
Just in the bathroom or on your vanity.
The balms remain stable under normal cold and heat.
Can it travel?
Yes.
No large bottles.
No hassle with watery products that can leak.
How long does it last?
That depends on your usage.
Because you need so little per use, a jar or tube lasts a long time.
If you consistently use too much, you’ll notice soon enough. Your skin won't be happier, just shinier.

Only think further after that.
