Result: Low-barrier / dry
1) Evening: Cleanse 1x.
2) Morning: preferably only lukewarm water.
3) Technique: Gently for 30–60 sec on dry skin, mix with lukewarm water until it turns into "milk" and rinse off or remove with a facial cloth.
1) Starting dosage: one to two peas for the entire face.
2) Distribute over fingers, apply thinly, leave on for 10–15 minutes. Repeat locally if necessary.
3) Winter: preferably 2 thin layers rather than 1 thick one.
Tight feeling: a little more and repeat if necessary.
Visible layer or shine: a little less.
Result: Fat
1) Evening: 1x thorough. If using lots of SPF/waterproof: 2 short rounds instead of scrubbing hard.
2) Morning: water-only or 1 short round (depending on shine).
3) Technique: massage into dry skin, mix with lukewarm water until it turns into "milk," and rinse off or remove with a facial cloth.
1) Micro-dosing: half a pea-sized amount for the entire face, or only on drier areas.
2) Preferably in the evening rather than the daytime if you are prone to shine.
Shine within 1 hour: use less balm (or only on specific areas). Allow about 3 weeks for your skin to adjust. Sebum production will normalize.
Outcome: Sensitive / reactive
1) Evening: 1x, briefly and gently with cold to lukewarm water.
2) Morning: rinse only with cold water.
3) Technique: massage into dry skin, mix with cool water until it turns into a "milk," and rinse off or remove without hard rubbing using a facial cloth.
1) Starting dose: half a pea-sized amount. Increase to a whole or one and a half pea-sized amounts if necessary.
2) For the first 3 days, use only in the evening; observe how your skin reacts.
In case of persistent burning/redness: pause and consult your GP/dermatologist.
Result: Balanced
1) Evening: 1x.
2) Morning: water-only or quick rinse.
3) Technique: massage into dry skin, mix with lukewarm water until it turns into "milk," then rinse off or remove with a facial cloth.
