The easiest way: return your tin to a stockist
Simply take your empty stainless steel tin with you when you're next in the area. There's no need to save up several tins, as even one returned tin earns you €5 credit.
This avoids unnecessary parcels travelling back and forth and helps keep valuable materials in circulation.
Return your tin to a stockist
You can return your empty Balmsense® stainless steel tin to any participating stockist.
Always place a note inside the tin with your name, postcode and house number. Participating stockists also have slips of paper and a pen ready for you to use.
If you buy a new Full Care Face Balm at the same time and the shop can apply the return credit straight away, €5 will be deducted from your purchase. Otherwise, Balmsense will process your return credit afterwards.
At Pluim in Enkhuizen
Place the completed note inside your tin and leave it at Pluim. Balmsense collects the returned tins and then processes your €5 credit.
At The Gift Lab
Buying a new Full Care Face Balm and returning your empty stainless steel tin at the same time? The €5 return credit can be deducted immediately at the till. Please remember to place the completed note inside your tin here too.
Prefer to return your tins by post?
Of course, that's possible too. Simply keep the letterbox-sized cardboard box your order arrived in. You can reseal it and use it again for your return.
Once you have 3 empty stainless steel tins, you can request a free returns label from us.
Fill the box with 8 empty tins and you'll receive €40 in return credit, plus a complimentary Mini Essentials Duo with your next order.

Once we've received and checked your tins, we'll process your return credit. If you haven't bought another Full Care Face Balm yet, we'll keep the credit for your next Face Balm purchase.
Terms and conditions
- The return scheme applies only to original Balmsense® stainless steel tins from the 50 ml Full Care Face Balm.
- Each tin must be empty, clean, complete and undamaged.
- You receive €5 return credit for every approved stainless steel tin.
- The credit can be used towards your next new Full Care Face Balm.
- When returning a tin to a participating stockist, always include a note inside with your name, postcode and house number.
- A minimum of 3 empty stainless steel tins is required for free returns by post.
- Return 8 approved stainless steel tins together in one full return box and receive €40 credit, plus a complimentary Mini Essentials Duo with your next order.
- The Mini Essentials Duo cannot be sent separately or exchanged for cash.
- Return credit cannot be paid out in cash.
